NOT JUST A CLUB
Nomads combines futsal, entertainment and lifestyle to bring elite futsal to Newcastle for the first time. We’re ambitious, but rooted in the local community to bring top experiences to our players and families. We’re building this together and taking you with us!
We are starting with training sessions for 6-9 year olds and planning to compete in any FA and NNSWF sanctioned competitions available to us.
We have a dream to play for Australian titles with local players, backed by the passionate people of Newy. Anybody that joins our journey will feel part of a dedicated community that cares about each other and wants to do something for the beautiful town.

ORIGINS
Under-7s to under-10s mixed
Nomads Origins
For 5 to 9 year olds. A fun and high-quality introduction to futsal and football, inspired by Brazilian player development and with our very own Brazilian coach, Gui Evangelista.
ACADEMY
Under-12s to under-19s boys and girls
Nomads Academy
A high-level training environment and competition inspired by Spanish and Brazilian futsal academy models. Small squads, high standards, and a real pathway for ambitious players. U12, 14, U16 boys and U13, U15, U17 girls.
OPENS
Men and women. 15+
Nomads Opens
The flagship teams. Newcastle Nomads will prepare teams for Open competitions sanctioned by Football Australia and Northern NSW Football. We have started with a men's team in a social competition on Tuesdays at Sports Parc.
